You have a 30-day window from the day your parcel is delivered to initiate returns. BackStage Club members enjoy an extended period of 100 days for returns.

How to Return Items:

Step 1: Utilize the returns portal, providing your order number (beginning with 250 or 101) and delivery address postcode in CAPITAL letters.

Step 2: Select the item for return, state the reason, and click “Confirm selection.”

Step 3: Print the return form and label, place the form in your parcel, and affix the label on the package. Take your parcel to the Post Office free of charge.

Step 4: Keep proof of postage until your return is processed. The receipt includes a tracking code for parcel tracking.

Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, use EMP’s free returns. Record your return on the portal. For reorders, EMP gladly price-matches; send your new and old order numbers to our customer service team for a refund once invoiced and dispatched.

Free Returns: EMP provides free return postage labels for all UK customers. Follow the return portal steps.

Returns Policy: The returns policy spans 30 days (100 days for BackStage Club members). Returned items must maintain original condition, packaging, and attached labels. Hygiene-related exclusions include masks, selected jewellery, and underwear. Swimwear is returnable with an intact hygiene strip.

Refund Process: Returns take up to 7 working days to process upon warehouse arrival. Track with your return code. Refunds, issued within 10 working days, may require bank details, communicated via email if needed.
